Refund Policy

Our primary aim at Promptflix is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the prompts they purchase from our marketplace. Refunds will only be granted in situations where the purchased prompt fails to function as described. To request a refund, you must submit your claim within 24 hours of purchase, accompanied by a clear explanation and supporting evidence indicating that the prompt is not performing as expected. After reviewing your request, we will exercise our sole discretion to determine the validity of your claim. If your claim is deemed valid, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that refunds will typically be processed within 5-10 business days following the receipt of your request.

Intellectual Property

It's important to acknowledge that all prompt available on our marketplace are the intellectual property of their respective creators. It's understood that the purchase or use of prompts does not confer any ownership rights to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that your utilization of the prompts does not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights held by third parties. By engaging with our platform, you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of prompt creators and any relevant third parties.

Usage Guidelines

Upon purchasing a prompt from our marketplace, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license that allows you to utilize the prompt for various purposes. However, it's important to note the following exceptions:

You are prohibited from using the prompt for activities that are harmful, illegal, or malicious in nature.

Directly reselling, redistributing, or transferring the prompt is not permissible without obtaining the explicit written consent of the prompt's creator.

Please be aware that in the event of a breach of these usage restrictions, we reserve the right to revoke your license to use the prompt.

Refund Authorization

Promptflix retains the prerogative to issue refunds for any payments processed through our marketplace. This decision rests solely with us and may come into effect under several circumstances. This includes instances where a customer's refund request aligns with our Refund Policy, when we identify potential instances of fraudulent transactions, or whenever it becomes necessary to issue a refund to safeguard our interests and maintain the integrity of our marketplace. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept our authority to issue refunds as elaborated in this section.

Limitation of Liability 

Our marketplace is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no warranties, whether explicit or implicit. Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our marketplace or any prompts acquired through it. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, profits, or disruptions to business operations, regardless of whether we were apprised of the possibility of such damages.

Prohibition of Web Scraping

You are expressly prohibited from utilizing automated tools, including but not limited to web crawlers, scrapers, or bots, to access, copy, monitor, or scrape any component of our marketplace, its content, or the prompts featured on the site. Unauthorized deployment of automated tools on our website may lead to legal recourse, which may encompass the revocation of your access to our services. Furthermore, claims for damages and other remedies available under applicable law may be pursued.

Search Rankings Integrity

Any attempts to manipulate search rankings on our marketplace are strictly forbidden. This prohibition extends to activities such as establishing multiple accounts, submitting fraudulent reviews, or engaging in actions meant to artificially inflate the rankings or visibility of specific prompts.
